John Helgen joined the staff of RLC as Director of Music in 2003. He grew up in the small town of Osakis, MN, and graduated from St. Olaf College and the University of Minnesota School of Law. His many musical experiences and adventures have allowed him to be a piano player, organist, conductor, composer, and occasional trombone, bass guitar and accordion player. He is thankful for all the wonderful musicians of RLC.
