Hello everyone! My name is Neal Cannon and I am the Confirmation Director here at RLC. One thing you should know about me is that I have an identical twin brother named Paul who also lives in the twin cities… so if you see someone who looks like me out and about in the area, but looks at you weird when you say hello, its probably not me (at least that’s my story). Other than that, I am a second year student at Luther Seminary, my favorite football team is the Cincinnati Bengals, I graduated from Augustana College with a business communications degree, I have two Sisters (one older, one younger), and one “older” brother (by 4 minutes).
I am in ministry because I believe faith changes everything. It changes who we are as individuals, as a family, and as a community. It changes how we love each other and live with our neighbors. I love working with youth because for many, this is where faith formation begins. I especially love seeing the subtle and extravagant changes that God makes in the hearts of youth when they hear the story of Jesus Christ. Because of this, I see working with the youth and families of RLC as a true privilege and I am looking forward to another great year here!
