A ministry of caring through acknowledging those who have experienced the loss of a loved one. Through individually created cards and Care Notes, contact and support is offered initially and several times in follow-up. Questions or to volunteer contact the Parish Nurse.
Growing Through Loss
Roseville Lutheran is one of 18 churches that support “Growing Through Loss,” an inter-denominational grief support program that offers opportunities to learn about a variety of loss and grief issues and find support. Each session focuses on one topic, features a qualified speaker, provides time for questions, and offers small groups for more individualized grief support.
If you have experienced the death of a loved one, a broken relationship, a divorce or separation, a pregnancy or infant loss, a job loss, a move to a new city, or if you have a loved one who looks to you for support on one of the above-mentioned issues, then “Growing Through Loss” may be of help to you.
