Check-In and Pick-Up Procedure for Preschool

When you arrive, take your child directly to their Small Group area. Be sure that your child's Small Group Shepherd is aware of their arrival and where you will be during the Cornerstone hour (i.e. Bible Study, Breakfast, etc.). If you will be off-site during the hour, please leave your contact information with the Shepherd and at the Children's, Youth and Family Ministry Desk. Do not leave your child in an unsupervised Small Group area.

On the front of your child's Cornerstone nametag is information regarding the release of your child at the end of the Cornerstone hour. Your child will only be released to the person(s) listed on their nametag, or on their own if so indicated. If someone other than those listed will be picking up your child, please let their Small Group Shepherd know when you drop your child off.

Check-In and Pick-Up Procedure for Kindergarten through 5th Grade

On the first Sunday of the month, your child should go directly to their Large Group Area (Kgt.-2nd Grade in Activity Center and 3rd-5th Grade in Heritage Hall). Your child should locate their nametag, pick it up and then join the Large Group activities.

On the second and third Sundays of the month, your child should go directly to their Music Time area (Kgt.-2nd Grade in Activity Center and 3rd-5th Grade in Heritage Hall). Be sure that your child's Small Group Shepherd is aware of their arrival and where you will be during the Cornerstone hour (i.e. Bible Study, Breakfast, etc.). If you will be off-site during the hour, please leave your contact information with the Shepherd and at the Children's, Youth and Family Ministry Desk. Do not leave your Kindergarten through 2nd Grade child in an unsupervised Music area.

The fourth Sundays of the month is G.I.F.T Sunday.
