I’m Julie Hanson, Assistant Director of Children’s Ministry. My husband and I have been members of RLC for almost 30 years and have enjoyed raising our 3 kids here. I enjoy gardening, reading, camping and sewing. We are avid Twins fans and Gopher basketball fans. We enjoy attending games whenever we can, and always cheer from the living room! Our family is having a busy 2011, as both our daughters are getting married (Jan. and Oct.) and our son graduated from high school and begins college this fall. God is good!
I have been working at RLC in Children’s Ministry for about 6 years, but have been a high level volunteer with Children’s Ministry for many years. I have a background in business, but a passion for helping families nurture faith in their kids. When our world is turning upside down, and daily life has its struggles, I want kids and their parents to know that God is with them always, and they can depend on Him for confidence and strength!
