Ready to schedule your wedding?

Proceed to STEP 1:  Review Wedding Guidelines

Contact the Pastoral Administrator for more specific information regarding weddings, for date availability, pre-martial education, and fee information.  A wedding coordinator and officiating pastor will be assigned to you after the wedding has been scheduled with the Pastoral Administrator.

After registering, here's what to do next:

6 Months or earlier (prior to wedding date)

• Turn in final payment to the Pastoral Administrator
• Begin pre-marital education sessions
• Read about our music options
• Schedule wedding date with the organist / musicians

4 - 5 Months

• Meet with your assigned Wedding Coordinator to discuss wedding plans
• Meet with officiating pastor (family and marriage therapist may be present)

10 weeks or earlier

Confirm time and date of both the wedding and wedding rehearsal with the Pastoral Administrator before invitations are printed.

• Upon completion of pre-marital education, return a pre-marital education completion form (Word Doc or PDF) to the Pastoral Administrator. This is necessary to receive a marriage license fee reduction waiver. Pre-marital education sessions must be completed to receive this form.
• Meet with your Wedding Coordinator to finalize details of the rehearsal and wedding day

  • Typical order of wedding service
• Confirm music selections and needs with organist / musician director
• Have officiating pastor review wedding bulletin before it is printed
• Turn in marriage license with witness names to thea Pastoral Administrator.
• Complete the Updated Marriage Details form
• Turn in any remaining checks
• Call wedding party (including ushers and other family members) regarding the time and date of the wedding rehearsal
