This is the message we have heard from God and declare to you this day: 

God is light! 
In God there is no darkness at all.

As we gather in worship this Advent season, we light the candle of hope. Declaring our hope in God, declaring our hope in all that is to come. We light this candle to light our way this season of Advent.

May Christ’s light shine in our homes.
May Christ’s light shine in our hearts.
May Christ’s light lead us in our journey of faith.
