Goals & Philosophy

The goal of Roseville Lutheran Child Care is to provide a supportive, nurturing environment in a Christian home setting with a balance on the emotional, spiritual, physical, and cognitive development of each child.

We believe that every child is special and unique! We recognize that each child has individual needs as well. Our goal is to provide an atmosphere that is sensitive to the growth and well-being of each child enrolled in our care.

Hours & Rates

We are open Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Rates are for full-time children. You may enroll your child on a part-time basis but a full-time rate will be charged. A $60.00 non-refundable fee for each child enrolling for care will be charged at the time of enrollment.

Who is Eligible?

Both members of Roseville Lutheran Church and non-members are eligible for care at the Roseville Lutheran Child Care.

We are located at 1200 Ryan Avenue. Our driveway is adjacent to the northeast corner of the church’s parking lot.  For information or to contact the Child Care house, please call 651-488-7991.

License Capacity

We hold a Group Family Day Care license through the State of Minnesota. Our license capacity is for 14 children, with two caregivers on staff daily.

Caregivers Are:

Licensed through the State of Minnesota
CPR and First Aid trained
More than 20 years experience

Over the years Roseville Lutheran Child Care has received several awards from the Roseville Review as providing the “Best Child Care” in the Roseville Area.
