Adulting 101: A Blueprint to Thrive
with Josiah Parker
Josiah Parker will talk about setting up financial foundations, your blueprint to thrive. This will help attendees prepare for the three most important days in their life. Learn how to deal with setbacks and continue to move toward financial goals.
- Manage savings, expenses and credit.
- Build a plan to handle setbacks.
- Provide direction about end-of-life decisions.
In this "Adulting 101” session, Josiah Parker (a Thrivent Financial advisor) will be talking about topics that our youth, young adults, and their parents are thinking about as they move into college, jobs, and adult relationships. He will talk about the importance of putting together a budget, finances, emergency funds, debt and provide foundational information for insurance and retirement needs.
