Social Media, Mental Health, and Teens with Dr. Jodi Dworkin

Dr. Jodi Dworkin from the University of Minnesota will come and talk through social media and mental health in adolescents, and the impacts each of those is having on the other.
Jodi Dworkin is a Professor and Extension Specialist in the Department of Family Social Science at the University of Minnesota. Her research and outreach focuses on parenting adolescents and college students, and the role of technology in family relationships. She's particularly interested in the ways in which and the reasons that parents and teens use technology. She has published more than 35 papers and book chapters on this topic. She is also parenting a 12 year old and a 16 year old.
