9:30 am Thursdays (Dec. 7, 14, 21) in Room 40 is our four-week Advent study of the book, "An Unlikely Advent" by Rachel Billups.
It focuses on the experiences of overlooked characters in the Nativity story. We will explore the themes of hope, love, joy, and peace by sharing the stories of Elizabeth and Zechariah, Herod, the Magi, and the shepherds. Each set of unexpected characters has something to teach about living faithfully on the journey to Christmas. A limited number of copies of “An Unlikely Advent” by Rachel Billups will be available through the church office for $15.00.
