Dear friends,

As we transition into summer we contact you with both news of rejoicing and an appeal for help.

The good news is that we have completed the 1st Phase of reconstruction for $1,124,000 and have already reached the maximum amount of children we can accept for next school year by adding 134 NEW students!

Our challenge is now to create the necessary space for all those new students by raising $1,337,000 in 10 months for our 2nd Phase of Reconstruction. However, at this point our reconstitution funds are depleted.

We have reached an agreement with our general contractor to operate within a “bare necessities” scenario. We agreed to pay $57,000 a month in order for the reconstruction to continue, allowing for our school to reopen in September and accommodate our new students as we add another grade to our high school.

To further break down this challenge we must put together commitments of $57,000 for the months of June, July, August, and September.

We know that this will be a challenge. However, we were in this same position last year and through the grace of our God and the love of our friends we opened our doors again in September.

The completion of our reconstruction efforts is the final step of our 17 year journey towards self sustainability. In just two years we will have our first graduating class and a completed preschool through high school! Please pray for our mission and help us continue the amazing work of sharing the Gospel with Slovakia!
