ROCKIN’n’ROLLIN…
It was a short day today…. our schedule had us heading to Žilina at 2:30pm wish Sisa (from the CCE) on the train for an afternoon and early evening of just wandering and shopping in and around this beautiful little European city. After a trip through a few stores and a relaxing time at a local pub, we headed back to Martin for supper or just a little more relaxing in our rooms. It was again a beautiful day in Slovakia with temps in the upper 60’s and bright sun! Contrary to what we hear is coming to Minnesota tomorrow and Friday (6-8 inches of …..ssssnnnooowww! I can hardly type the word!!).

Our work effort was on the office painting, soffit staining, and window glazing/painting today. All crews are working well together and working well with Jaro and Janko. They simply shake their heads at the amount of work we accomplish in a relatively short amount of time. Tomorrow… well, we hope to finish with the windows (over 45 of them!) and get the third side completed on the soffits.

Steve has contracted a cold… so he has been ordered to rest!! Hopefully he will be feeling a little better by tomorrow evening when we are scheduled to hit the local SPA (Mineral Water pools of varying temps…. aaahhhhh!!!) .

We are grateful for no serious injuries thus far… just a couple of scraps, and Steve’s cold. Thanks for all your prayers for our safekeeping. We feel them those prayers often so keep ’em comin’.
